Your order will be processed according to the diagram below. It took us a few years to find an order processing solution that would be suitable for a wide range of situations. In short, the process can be described as a combination of the following steps:
- Send us your inquiry or request a quote for your translation needs. Please send the source file so that we could prepare an estimate.
- We will send you an estimate of the translation including cost and target delivery date. Please confirm it so that we could appoint a translator.
- Translation -> Proofreading/formatting, etc. -> Delivery.
- You will have to check the translation and accept it by signing an according document.
- We’re sending you an invoice to include information on payment due date and bank details.
